Instructions for confirmation of admission of Students Selected for Nursery class Academic Year 2018-19
The yearly fees for Pre-primary section i.e Nursery shall be Rs. 60,000/- which will have to be paid in 3 installments through NEFT or by directly depositing the cheque in the School Bank A/c (Bank details given at the end). The transaction slip / counterfoil of the same should be submitted in the School Admin office between 9.30 am to 1.30 pm from Monday to Friday except public holidays. (Please write the name of the child on the back side of the Transaction slip with application form no.) The fee receipt shall be issued after 15 days subject to realization. The details are given below.
1) Parents are requested to pay the first instalment of fees of Rs. 23,000/- during the period from Thursday 1st February, 2018 to Thursday 15th February, 2018. The transaction slip / counterfoil of the same should be submitted in the School Admin office between 9.30 am to 1.30 pm. The Fee receipt shall be issued after 15 days subject to realization. The 1st instalment includes Admission fee of Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable), Term Fee Rs. 4000 & Tuition Fee Rs. 14000/-.
2) Please submit “Original Birth Certificate” along with 1st instalment fees for school records which will not be returned.
3) The second instalment of fees of Rs. 16,500/- (Rs. 14000/- + ECA (Extra Curricular Activities) Charges of Rs. 2500/-) will have to be paid during 1st June, 2018 to 30th June 2018.
4) The third instalment of fees of Rs. 20,500/- (Rs. 18,000/- + ECA (Extra Curricular Activities) Charges of Rs. 2500/-) will have to be paid during 1st November, 2018 to 30th November 2018.
5) Please note that if the second & third installments are not paid during the period mentioned above, Rs. 500/- per month will be charged as late fee charges.
6) Admission Cancellation Policy:
Parents who wish to cancel the admission already secured in SMT English Medium School will please apply in writing to the Head-Mistress, SMT English Medium School giving the reason for cancellation. Following will be the deduction amount applicable:
a) If admission cancelled on or before 28th February, 2018: 10% of the fees paid will be deducted i.e Rs. 1800/- + Admission fee Rs. 5000/- so a total amount of Rs. 6800/- will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded.
b) Admission cancelled during the period from 1st March 2018 to 11th June 2018: 25% of fees will be deducted i.e Rs. 4500 + Admission fee of Rs. 5000/- + the cost of school uniform (1 regular + 1 P.T).
