Ms. Prajakta Ramade is a dedicated educationist and an ex-student of Saraswati Secondary School, with over 12 years of experience in education field.
She had been associated with Saraswati Secondary School, Avlon Heights (Vashi), Serra International school (Thane), Kidzee, Dnyansadhana Vidyaniketan, Kinder clues Academy (Florida, USA), Elb Kinder (Hamburg, Germany) as an Educationist. She has also won many awards at National Level in Cultural Department and also has a share in Marathi theatre.
She believes that Education is more than chalk & board. It is a process of observation, evaluation and impact. If an opportunity is provided then every child learns through this process. For her each and every child is a unique individual with his/her own personality, view, capability, and qualities. As an Early Childhood Educator she believes that it is her duty to listen to every child, respect their abilities & provide supportive healthy environment for the growth as well as success.

Mrs. Niketa Joshi, basically a Home Science graduate and a PG Diploma holder in HR, has a vast experience in marketing , HR & administrative field.
Being from a corporate background, she has proper understanding of administrative operations. She has worked with reputed organizations like CADD Centre, L&T, Vitasta Consulting, Varshasookt Consultants. During her tenure in CADD Centre, she had undertaken activities like Road show organization, new product launc, arranging Customer Meet (Thank you meet) etc. She was also handling “3D Printers”, a new technology introduced in India.
Her academic background and over 8 years of professional experience has paved her path to this institute.
Mrs. Madhuri Aher began her teaching career in 2014 with a reputed institute in Thane. She graduated with B.A in Economics and holds Diploma of Early Child Care Education from Adroit Institute -Mumbai. She is caring, loving and an enthusiastic person. She believes that children have great energy source in themselves and every child has unique personality so as a teacher we need to provide them opportunities to learn from explorations.
She has organized different events like Annual function day, Sports day, Festival celebrations. She also won First prize in Cooking without fire competition and Second prize in mock-tail competition in the previous school. She loves music and dance. She is pursuing M.A. in Education from Indira Gandhi Open University, Delhi.
Mrs. Sangeeta R. Chavan has done her LLB and ECCEd from Mumbai University and Icon Institute respectively. In addition she holds a degree in entire Psychology. She has an overall experience of 3 years in pre-school teaching.
She believes that pre-primary education is a child centred programme which follows a play-way method. She thinks that the job of a teacher is not limited to teaching formally but to provide supportive environment to students to learn. Her enthusiasm would influence students to participate in many activities other than studies. She has the ability to bring out student’s hidden talents.
With her experience and knowledge in psychology, she has accepted her role of being a good teacher.
Mrs. Shruti S. Kotasthane has done her masters in Politics from Mumbai University. She has an experience of 2.5 yrs in preschool teaching. She also holds Diploma in ECCED.
In this short span of 2.5 yrs, she has received award for "Most Promising New Hire" in 2015.
She is child friendly and children enjoy in her company. With her self confidence she has taken up the challenge of being a good teacher. SMT wishes her good luck.
Mrs. Swampa Mohite, a graduate from Mumbai University and a Diploma holder in ECCED, Handicraft and Montessori, has a passion for uncovering unique things. She is open to learning and discovering new things. She is also a classical dancer (Kathak).
Being a teacher, she believes that every child can reach his learning potential with high expectations, necessary support, opportunities and caring classrooms. Our approach should make children feel that they are important part of our life. She also believes that children should be motivated to learn by appreciation in the form of small prizes etc for their contribution or skills that they have developed.
